Some time payments methods need to be updated. Here is how to update your credit card on file for subscriptions.
1. Make sure you are logged into your account
2. Go to Manage Subscriptions
3. Click on payment methods
4. Select the chevron to expand the list of payment methods
5. Click on EDIT, a side menu will popup stating to click the button to send your self a email to change your billing information.
6. You will receive an email from us with a link in it
7. Edit your card info
This seems like a lot of steps, however it is designed for your billing safety.
