- Payment failure alerts
4. Prepaid Subscriptions
- Ships on selected schedule
- Cannot be canceled/refunded
- Can modify future shipments
- Changes before processing only
5. Auto-Renewal Terms
- Auto-renews on schedule
- Keep payment updated
- Failed payments pause subscription
- Update billing to resume
6. Refunds for Errors
- We only refund/replace OUR errors
- Report errors within 7 days of delivery
