Reward Tiers & Redemption Values
What are the reward tiers?
Koffee Kult rewards use coffee-themed tier names with specific point requirements and discount values:

Important Reward Restrictions:
- Not eligible for subscription orders
- Cannot be combined with other discounts
- One reward code per order
- Reward codes are valid for 1 year after issue
Getting Started
How do I participate in the rewards program?
Joining is free and easy:
- Click the "Create An Account" button
- Register for your store account (100% free)
- Start earning points immediately with purchases and activities
Does it cost anything to earn points?
No. Sign up is 100% free and there is no cost to earn or redeem points.
Earning Points
How can I earn points?
You can earn points through the following activities:

Note: Points for purchases are credited after the order ships, not at checkout. Subscription orders are not eligible for earning rewards points.

Do I need to register for individual promotions?
No. Once you create your account, you're automatically eligible for all promotions. Simply complete the promotion requirements and points post instantly to your account.
How long does it take for points to post?
Points are awarded instantly when you complete a qualifying promotion or activity. Purchase points are credited after the order ships.
Can I earn points on subscription orders?
No. Subscription orders are not eligible for earning rewards points. However, subscriptions include their own exclusive benefits:
- Free shipping on all orders
- Member-only pricing
- Never run out of coffee
Redeeming Rewards
What can I redeem points for?
Rewards include:
- Dollar-off discount codes (Single, Double, Triple, Quad Shot tiers)
- Free shipping codes
- Exclusive member-only offers
- Special birthday rewards
Visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to browse all available rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
- Visit the 'Get Rewards' tab in your account
- Browse available reward options and choose your tier
- Click 'Redeem' on your chosen reward
- Copy your unique reward code (appears immediately)
- Apply the code at checkout on your next order
What happens if I don't use my reward code immediately?
Reward codes remain valid for 1 year after issue. Your points will not be returned to your account once a code has been issued, so save the code and use it when you're ready.
Can an issued reward code be returned or exchanged for credits?
No. Once a reward code has been issued, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted back into points. The code remains valid for 1 year from the date of issue — simply save it and use it on a future order.
Can I redeem multiple reward codes on one order?
No. Only one reward code may be used per order. Choose the tier that gives you the best value for your order size.
What if I forget to apply my reward code at checkout?
Reward codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed. Make sure to enter your code at checkout before completing your purchase.
Can I give my reward code to someone else?
Yes! Reward codes can be gifted to friends and family.
Managing Your Account
How do I check my points balance?
- Look for the rewards widget/icon in the bottom corner of our website
- Log into your account and view your dashboard
- Check the 'Earn Points' tab
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned.
Example: Points earned on January 1, 2025 will expire on January 1, 2026.
You will receive a reminder email before points expire. Redeem before expiration — expired points cannot be reinstated.
Can I buy extra points?
No. Points must be earned through purchases and qualifying activities.
Can I combine my points with another account?
No. Points cannot be transferred or combined between accounts.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item that you earned points on, those points will be deducted from your account balance.
What happens to my points if I close my account?
All points are forfeited when an account is closed. Redeem any remaining points before closing your account.

How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?
Click the 'Unsubscribe' button in any rewards program email. This unsubscribes you from promotional emails but you will continue earning points.
Tips for Maximizing Rewards
- Follow us on Instagram and X for easy bonus points (25 points each)
- Add your birthday to your profile for 50 annual bonus points
- Keep purchasing to hit Punch Card milestones (100 points every 10 purchases)
- Save up for higher tiers — better value per point
- Use rewards on larger orders to maximize your discount
- Redeem before expiration — don't lose your points
- Check the 'Earn Points' tab regularly for new opportunities
