Do I have to enroll or register for individual promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set — we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Note: Points for purchases are credited after the order ships, not at checkout.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date earned. Make sure to use them before they expire!

Example: Points earned on January 1, 2025 will expire on January 1, 2026.

Can I earn points on subscription orders?

No. Subscription orders are not eligible for earning rewards points. However, subscriptions already come with exclusive benefits like:

• Free shipping on all orders
• Member-only pricing
• Never run out of coffee

What if I return an item?

If you return an item that you earned points on, those points will be deducted from your account balance.

How do I redeem my points?

2. Browse our reward options and choose your tier
3. Click the "Redeem" button on your chosen reward
4. Copy your reward code (it appears immediately)
5. Apply it at checkout on your next order

That's it! Your discount will be applied automatically.

What happens to my reward code if I do not use it?

When redeeming your points for use on KoffeeKult.com, you'll receive a unique code.

⏰ Reward codes are valid for up to 1 year after issue.

If you don't use the code right away, no worries! Your code is valid for up to 1 year after issue. Your points will not be returned to your account, so just save the code and use it when you're ready to order.

Pro tip: Save your reward codes in your email or write them down so you don't lose them!

Can I redeem multiple reward codes on one order?

No. You can only use one reward code per order. Choose the reward that gives you the best savings!

What if I forget to use my reward code?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply reward codes retroactively after an order is placed. Make sure to enter your code at checkout!

Can I give my reward code to someone else?

Yes! Reward codes can be gifted to friends and family. It's a great way to share the Koffee Kult love!

Where can I check my points balance?

Can I combine my points with someone else's account?

No. Points cannot be transferred or combined between accounts. Each account's points are individual.

What happens to my points if I close my account?

All points will be forfeited if you close your Koffee Kult account. Make sure to redeem any remaining points before closing!
