How to Track Your Order

As soon as your order is picked up by our carrier, you'll receive an email with: • Your tracking number • Direct link to track your package • Estimated delivery date • Carrier information

Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Visit KoffeeKult.com and click on "My Account" in the top navigation
Step 2: Navigate to Orders
Click on "Orders" to view your order history
Step 3: Select Your Order
Click on the order number you want to track (e.g., #92496)
Step 4: View Tracking Information
Your tracking details will appear on the order page, including: • Current status (Confirmed, Picked up, In transit, Delivered) • Tracking timeline • Carrier information • "Hide details" option for expanded tracking

"My tracking number isn't working yet" Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after pickup. If it's been longer, contact us!
"What carriers do you use?" We primarily use: • USPS (United States Postal Service) • UPS (United Parcel Service) • FedEx The carrier depends on your location and shipping method selected.
"How long does shipping take?" Standard shipping times: • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days Note: We roast to order, so add 1-2 days for roasting
"My order shows delivered but I don't have it"
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for a delivery notice
- Check all entrances and safe drop locations
- Contact carrier with tracking number
- Reach out to us if still missing after 24 hours
International Orders
