30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Koffee Kult experience. If you’re dissatisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging purchased directly from our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your shipment.
Please remember:
- Coffee is not eligible for returns or exchanges since it is roasted to order and perishable, unless we made a mistake.
- Orders using discounts, coupons, or promo codes are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
- Shipping costs are NEVER refundable, regardless of the reason for the return.
Please verify your order in your confirmation email before it ships. If your coffee was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email us at [email protected], and we’ll assist further.
For Coffee Purchased Elsewhere
Items purchased from our partners or distributors must be returned to the original seller. Their return policies apply.
Additional Return and Refund Policies
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Partial returns of bundles, gift sets, or promotional items are not accepted.Gift Returns:
Items received as gifts are only eligible for exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.Exchanges:
Exchanges are only offered for the same product if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:- Gift cards (expire 1 year from the purchase date)
- Limited-edition or seasonal items
- Free promotional items included with a purchase
International Orders:
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees.Reporting Issues:
Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or packing slip) is required for all returns and refunds.Subscriptions:
Subscription purchases are non-refundable after the order has been processed. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time for future orders.Abuse of Policy:
Koffee Kult reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not comply with this policy or shows signs of abuse.
How to Return Your Item
Request Authorization:
Email [email protected] with your name and order number to request a return authorization. Your RMA number will match your order number.Pack It Up:
Use the original packaging to prepare your item for return.Label It Clearly:
Mark your package with the RMA number provided.Ship It:
Send your package using a prepaid (by returning person), insured, and traceable method (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) to:

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving your return.
- Refunds for unused items returned within 30 days of purchase will be issued to the original payment method.
- Orders placed with discounts, coupons, or promo codes are NOT refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are NEVER refundable—even if your reason for the return is extraordinary.
Special order or customized items are also not eligible for refunds. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
Products Purchased from Retailers or Distributors
If you purchased your Koffee Kult product from a retailer or GPC dealer, please contact them directly for return procedures and policies.
Note: We are unable to accept returns for items not purchased directly from us.
