Koffee Kult Shipping Policy
At Koffee Kult, we roast and ship your coffee fresh to ensure it arrives at peak flavor. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how your orders are processed and delivered.
Roasting & Shipping Schedule
- Coffee is roasted and shipped only after an order is placed, ensuring maximum freshness.
- Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 24 business hours of purchase.
- We roast and ship coffee Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
- Only orders placed directly on KoffeeKult.com will include a roast date on the bag, so you’ll always know when it was freshly roasted.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping:
- Delivered by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, USPS Priority Mail, or a comparable service.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Expedited Shipping:
- Delivered by FedEx Express or UPS Express.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping (USA):
- Available for orders of $49 or more within the United States.
- Free shipping orders are shipped via a method of our choosing (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
- Note: Free shipping is not available for international or wholesale orders.
Shipping Destinations
United States:
We ship anywhere in the U.S. using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.International:
We ship to most international destinations using USPS, DHL, or FedEx International.Important: International shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery. Certain countries may have restrictions on importing coffee or may require additional customs documentation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that coffee can be legally imported into their country. Koffee Kult reserves the right to cancel orders to countries with strict coffee import regulations.
Delivery Times
- Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 7 business days, depending on item availability and order volume.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order number and tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 1 business day to reflect in the system.
Please Note:
- Delivery times can vary based on shipment destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
- Koffee Kult is not responsible for delayed shipments due to carrier issues, including but not limited to weather, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Shipping Policies
Incorrect Shipping Information:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Koffee Kult is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Koffee Kult is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance with tracking issues, contact [email protected].
Signature Requirements:
- For orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery.
- If you would like to request a signature for your delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery to Remote Areas:
- Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard shipping times.
- If you live in a remote area, please allow additional time for your package to arrive.
Shipping During Holidays or Peak Seasons:
- Orders placed during holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) may experience longer processing and delivery times.
- Please place your orders early to ensure timely delivery during these periods.
Climate Impact on Coffee Freshness:
- While we take every precaution to ensure your coffee arrives fresh, Koffee Kult is not responsible for any quality changes caused by extreme weather conditions during transit.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to Koffee Kult as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
- If the customer chooses not to reship the order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fees.
Delayed Order Fulfillment:
- In the rare event that we experience a delay in processing your order (e.g., equipment issues or high demand), we will notify you immediately via email.
Subscription-Specific Shipping:
- Subscription orders are shipped on a recurring schedule based on the selected frequency.
- Changes to subscription shipping addresses must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled order processing.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
- Sales tax is not applied to shipping fees.
Free Shipping:
- Available within the USA for orders of $49 or more (excludes international and wholesale orders).

- Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing).
