Fresh Coffee, Roasted to Order

?️ We roast and ship coffee Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
? Only orders placed directly on KoffeeKult.com will include a roast date on the bag.
Why roast-to-order matters: Your coffee is literally being roasted within hours of shipping. This ensures you receive the freshest possible coffee, unlike retail coffee that may have been sitting in warehouses for weeks or months.

Free Shipping (USA) ?
Eligibility: Available on orders of $40 or more within the United States.

- Free shipping is calculated after all discounts, promo codes, and store credits are applied.
- Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via a carrier of our choice (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

We package our coffee carefully, but sometimes carriers are rough. We'll make it right!
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Reshipping fees will apply for sending a replacement
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee
Order Modifications
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Maybe! Contact us immediately at customerservice@koffeekult.com. If your order hasn't been roasted and shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it ships, we cannot make changes.
Can I expedite my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.
