Order Pickup Process
Pickup Location: All pickup orders are held at the Front Retail Area of our location.
Proof of Purchase: Customers must present their order number, email confirmation, or a valid ID to collect their order.
Order Availability and Responsibility
Order Notification: Once you receive notification that your order is "Ready for Pickup," it becomes the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it promptly.
Non-Pickup Responsibility: Koffee Kult is not responsible for any orders that are not picked up.
Food and Prepared Drinks Orders
Same-Day Requirement: All food and prepared drinks must be picked up by the end of the same business day.
Discarding Policy: Any food or prepared drink items not picked up by the end of the day will be discarded. No refunds or replacements will be provided for discarded food or drink orders.
Bagged Coffee Orders
Hold Time: Bagged coffee orders will be held for up to 7 calendar days from the time they are marked as ready for pickup.
Discarding Policy: After 7 days, any unclaimed bagged coffee orders will be discarded without refund.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: There are no refunds or exchanges for orders that are not picked up within the designated timeframes.
